About Into the Wild

I am a certified counsellor with a passion for holistic healing and the great outdoors. With a (BSc) Honours first-class degree in Counselling, Coaching, and Psychological Interventions, combined with Forest school Qualifications, I can offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you navigate life's challenges.

Telephone Counselling Service -
Nationwide (£55 per session)

At Into the Wild Counselling, we understand that traditional face-to-face therapy isn't always feasible. That's why we offer telephone counselling, providing you with the opportunity to connect with a therapist in the comfort of your own home. Our confidential services are designed to help you navigate life's challenges and build the skills you need to feel more grounded and centered. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Sit and Talk Sessions (65+) Home and Nursing home Visits Available (£55 per session)

Into the Wild Counselling is pleased to offer Sit and Talk Therapy, gentle and slower-paced sessions designed especially for vulnerable members of the community, including those over 65. With 20 years of experience in the care sector, these sessions provide supportive, compassionate conversations that can ease loneliness, enhance emotional well-being, and offer meaningful companionship. Sit and Talk Therapy allows older adults to reflect, share their stories, and navigate life transitions such as grief and change, all in a comfortable, familiar setting. Into the Wild Counselling offers the flexibility of home and nursing home visits, ensuring that supportive, accessible therapy is available for those who need it most. Into the Wild Counselling offers specialised Child & Adolescent Counselling, blending traditional support with Walk and Talk Therapy to ease anxiety, exam stress, and feelings of being “stuck.” With over 20 years of experience and additional qualifications in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, we create a relaxed, safe space where young people can open up while benefiting from the calming effects of nature. Our DBS-checked counsellor offers gentle guidance outdoors, helping young people build resilience, gain confidence, and find renewed direction.
